I have been involved with breeding am staffs since 1973, when my family got their first am staff from Storklind Kennels.  Her name was "Lady Brutus" and she was out of Ch Brae Bulladan of TopStaff and Storklind's Louise.

This dog started it all, she was fantastic, and very loyal.  She passed away in 1985.

In 1987 I bought Ruffianne and started breeding on my own.  Out of Ruffi, I got Essi.  Essi ended up with Hip Dysplasia, so I spayed her and looked for a dog who had a history of good hips behind him, which is why I went to the reknowned Hendrix Harper of Tonkawa Am Staffs.

And so they say, the rest is history......
